Story

Custody as the foundation of the new financial architecture.

As conventional financial markets move on-chain, custody technology becomes a foundational layer of the new financial system. Cryptography enables new forms of payments, staking-based yield standards, and tokenized real-world assets. Yet none of these can scale without a solid custody technology.

For more than five years, Paribu has been developing custody technology. This work culminated in the launch of Paribu Custody in 2024, Türkiye's first and only digital asset custody provider powered by its proprietary multi-layered security architecture, ColdShield®. Today, this technology is reaching beyond borders, positioning itself at the core of the global on-chain economy.

Paribu Custody uses ColdShield®, a proprietary multi-layered security architecture combining MPC (multi-party computation), HSM (hardware security modules), and Secure Enclave. It is ISO 27001–certified and audited under SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II standards.

ColdShield® is Paribu Custody's proprietary security technology. It combines advanced cryptography, distributed key management, and hardware-level isolation to provide unparalleled protection for digital assets.

Paribu Custody offers a uniquely engineered architecture with independent wallet infrastructure, comprehensive governance capabilities, and deep blockchain expertise backed by Paribu's 8+ years in the digital asset space.

Key features include transaction management with granular policy controls, asset management across hot, warm, and cold vaults, role-based access control with nine distinct roles, API integration, staking partnerships, tokenization support, and AML/KYB compliance tools.
